Steam Propulsion Plant HP and LP Propulsion Turbines and associated components in overhaul kits as part of the Steam Critical Spares Program

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Curtiss Wright Steam and Air Solutions for OEM hardware components and support services for High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) Propulsion Turbine Rotors and Propulsion Turbine and Ship Service Turbine Generator Overhaul Kits. The contractor shall provide Steam Propulsion Plant HP and LP Propulsion Turbines and associated components in overhaul kits as part of the Steam Critical Spares Program. • The contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. • Curtiss-Wright Steam and Air Solutions owns and utilizes proprietary information and technical data to manufacture the required hardware. • The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.
