• Jacket 451‑236: 5,000 kraft 9″ × 12″ envelopes, same layout, 2 cases.
• Jacket 451‑237: 5,000 white 6″ × 9″ booklet‑style envelopes, black‑ink and Pantone 280 Blue print, 2 cases.
• All envelopes must meet current JCP paper specifications, be printed single‑sided, packaged in 500‑unit boxes with government‑provided labeling, and shipped to 128 Bingham Road, Suite 500, Asheville, NC 28806 no later than 22 May 2026.
