Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Strategic Materials (DLA SM) is soliciting an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Vanadium Pentoxide with a five-year ordering period. The contract will utilize Firm Fixed-Price (FPP) delivery orders. The applicable NAICS code for this action is 325180, Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a single IDIQ contract to Largo Inc. and a single IDIQ contract to U.S. Vanadium LLC.
• The contract will have a maximum delivery period of up to 36 months after Delivery Order issuance.
• The Government requires third-party testing for the material, and the testing plan will be submitted for review and approval 30 business days post-award.
• Offerors will be required to hold prices for 180 days.
• The Government will evaluate offerors' prices for fair and reasonableness and technical proposal will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis for purposes of award.
