Description
The Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College is seeking an Engineer/Architect team to upgrade the electrical systems, lighting, and ventilation, along with comprehensive cleaning and painting, at their Madison Site. The project requires specialized expertise in the type of project, past performance on similar projects, and adequate staff and proposed design or consultant team for the project. The selection committee will consider factors such as proposed design approach, construction administration capabilities, and record of successfully completed projects without major legal or technical problems.
• The project has a total budget of $500,000.
• The proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
• The submitted information package should not include any notebooks, binders, tab, clips, etc.
• The Letter of Interest should not exceed ten single-sided pages or five double-sided pages plus the SF 254.
