Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure navigation products manufactured by Advanced Navigation Pty Ltd. The required systems are similar to what is currently used in the fleet, and the introduction of any other manufacturer's hardware will not allow the operators or the fleet to utilize the key applications developed for the existing hardware. The required acquisition systems are exclusive to Advanced Navigation Pty Ltd. The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis.
• The contractor must extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the Government.
• The contractor must provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer.
• The warranty period will begin upon final acceptance of the applicable material and/or services listed in the Schedule.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export control, security, and supply chain risk.
• The contractor must provide documentation and information as required by the contract, including information related to pricing, delivery, and performance.
