The work includes enlarging a roll‑in shower to a minimum 72” x 48”, relocating a shared wall, installing a new shower base, moving an HVAC supply register, and applying waterproof flooring throughout the bathroom. All bidders must be authorized providers with the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and be able to bill South Carolina DHHS directly. • Convert roll‑in shower to minimum 72‑in by 48‑in interior dimensions. • Relocate shared wall between shower and closet and install a pre‑formed or built‑in shower base. • Move existing HVAC supply register outside splash zone and install waterproof flooring. • Contractors must be enrolled with the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and capable of direct billing to SC DHHS.
