IDOC-Adult Education High School Equivalency Testing

The State of Illinois, Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for the provision of Adult Education High School Equivalency testing services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an estimated 300 modules/tests per month. The successful bidder will be required to provide an advanced and reliable electronic testing system. • The testing system should be able to accommodate both first-time testing and retakes. • The system should be able to handle a historical average of 300 modules/tests per month. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a BEP Utilization Plan. • The successful bidder will be required to upload a signed contract and other required documents.
