Description
The State of Missouri is seeking proposals for the provision of precast concrete restrooms and shower buildings for various state agencies. The contractor will be required to provide precast concrete buildings that are already manufactured and readily available for installation. The buildings must comply with various standards, including ASTM and ACI, and must be accessible in compliance with ADAAG requirements. The contractor will also be required to provide a customer service representative, account manager, and buildings representative to administer and perform the contract requirements.
