Notice of Intent to Sole Source Near Field Range Antenna

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, on behalf of Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to NSI-MI TECHNOLOGIES INC. for the procurement, delivery, installation, and calibration of a vertical Cylindrical Near-Field (CNF) system. The system includes an Azimuth Antenna Positioner (AAP), Antenna Range Controller (ARC), and CNF software. The contractor will deliver, install, and calibrate the equipment at TYAD. Key requirements include: • Providing a fully functional set of equipment, including the AAP, ARC, and CNF software • Delivering technical documentation, including interface control diagrams, user guides, and maintenance manuals • Transporting, installing, and integrating the equipment at the designated near-field range at TYAD • Calibrating and performing operational testing to verify equipment performance • Providing over-the-shoulder training for TYAD operators on software operation, equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting
