Counter Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CSR) Capabilities Against Space Based Threats

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACCRSA) is seeking information from capable vendors for a subsequent classified Sources Sought Notice and potential solicitation requesting white papers for ground-based counter surveillance and reconnaissance (CSR) capabilities against space-based threats. The specific functional capabilities and core competencies of interest to the Government include design, experimentation, prototyping, production, training, and sustainment of terrestrial-based counter-surveillance reconnaissance systems. • The Government is looking for vendors with the ability to produce terrestrial-based counter-surveillance reconnaissance prototypes. • Vendors must have an Engineer, Program Manager, Logistician, and Security Officer with a current Top Secret (TS) Clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). • Vendors must have a facility that meets the Physical and Technical Security Standards for SCI Facilities (ICS-705-1) and Standards for Accreditation and Reciprocal Use of SCI Facilities (ICS-705-2). • Vendors must be able to email on the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS). • The Government is surveying industry to determine the level of interest for non-FAR based versus FAR based vehicles.
