Hand Tools, Nonedged, Nonpowered

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for the provision of hand tools, nonedged, nonpowered. The BPA will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and individual call orders shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or the authority under FAR 13.500. Interested vendors must submit their responses, including their Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEID) Number, and a capabilities statement, within the next 120 days. The capabilities statement should include the company's primary business practice/trade and whether the company is a manufacturer or a supplier/distributor. • The BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring supplies and services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources. • The Government will not issue a formal Request for Proposal. • The BPA commodity program will be re-synopsized on a periodic basis to solicit additional submissions. • Individual call orders shall be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. • Payments will be made using Government Credit cards or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
