Add Cabins & Renovate Lodge-Current River State Park

The project at Current River State Park calls for the design‑build construction of six new two‑bedroom cabins and a comprehensive renovation of an existing lodge. Work includes site grading, utility extensions (water, wastewater, electricity), road and parking improvements, ADA‑compliant access, and interior/exterior upgrades to meet modern standards. The scope covers architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and landscaping services, with detailed plans and specifications provided in a large set of documents. • Construct six 2‑bedroom cabins mirroring the Echo Bluff design, including foundations, framing, finishes, and utilities. • Renovate the lodge’s dormitory wing for 16‑person occupancy, upgrade kitchen/dining areas, address structural repairs, and improve accessibility. • Provide site work: grading, erosion control, utility routing, parking, sidewalks, roadway improvements, and compliance with ADA and code requirements.
