Description
The Fulton County Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for Elkins Pointe Middle School Renovations. The project includes specific duties described in Section 00700 - General Conditions and in Section 001149 - Project Summary & Directory. A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Elkins Pointe Middle School, followed by a site visit. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the proposal number and date of proposal submission.
• The proposal documents may be obtained electronically for $250.00 from PBK Architects.
• Offerors must utilize a complete set of proposal documents in preparing a proposal.
• Proposals must be received by November 6, 2025, by 2:30 p.m.
• The Offeror is responsible for ensuring that they have complete proposal documents, including all addenda provided by the Owner, prior to the proposal submission date.
