Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide a Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 7HH 5998-01-372-6195. The CCA is required for the Guided Weapons Sustainment West, and the contractor must provide a quote for the manufacture and delivery of the CCA. The quote must include the price, delivery schedule, and any other relevant information. The contractor must also provide documentation to demonstrate the technical acceptability of the product offered, including evidence of the identity of the item and its manufacturing source.
• The CCA must meet the requirements of the current contract or order, whether or not the material met Government requirements in existence at the time the material was initially manufactured or sold to the Government.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the CCA, which must include the enterprise identifier, serial number, and other relevant information.
• The contractor must also provide packaging and marking information, including the use of a two-dimensional data matrix symbology that complies with ISO/IEC International Standard 16022.
• The contractor must ensure that the CCA is delivered to the designated activity, and that the delivery is made in accordance with the contract schedule.
• The contractor must also provide post-award traceability documentation, including the identity of the item and its manufacturing source.
