Description
The 733d Civil Engineer Squadron is seeking a contractor to repair a John Deere 544H Loader. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to fully restore the loader to safe, OEM-compliant operating condition. The work includes replacement of major assemblies, hydraulic components, bushings, pins, seals, and associated hardware, as well as line-boring, cylinder resealing, and structural component replacement. The contractor must also provide all parts required to complete the repairs, which include a 4-in-1 bucket, 544H coupler, 544H boom, bushings, seals, washers, and pins, among others. The repairs must meet OEM specifications, and the contractor must complete all work within 30 days after receipt of all materials.
• The contractor must provide estimated delivery dates for all materials within 5 business days of contract award.
• The contractor must notify the Government of any delays or backorders.
• The contractor must coordinate all site access and repair scheduling with the Government point of contact.
• The contractor must provide weekly status updates until project completion.
