The City of Spokane’s Water & Hydroelectric Services Department is issuing a request for quotations to purchase a variety of Cla‑Val control valve parts and related accessories. The scope includes rebuild assemblies (2‑inch to 10‑inch), repair kits (2‑inch to 12‑inch, stainless‑steel), Cla‑Val body 10001 (Class 150, ductile‑iron with stainless internals), Y‑strainers, position indicators, flow‑control components, CRD springs and repair kits, plus a specific 3/8‑inch Y‑Strainer X44A (bronze body, stainless screen). All items must be packaged individually, boxed, palletized, and shipped FOB destination to the City’s warehouse at 914 E. North Foothills Dr., Spokane, WA. Freight costs are to be included in the quoted price. The City will award the contract to the most favorable bidder based on price, lead‑time, and other evaluation factors, subject to City Council approval in early November 2026.

• Ensure packaging meets pallet and box requirements; deliveries must occur during warehouse receiving hours (8 am–3 pm, Tue‑Thu).
