The Navy’s Carderock Division is seeking a small‑business contractor to manufacture, inspect, certify, and deliver 96 precision tail‑cone (TC) studs (M24 × 3‑6g) in eight shipsets. The work includes full material traceability, 100 % dimensional and thread inspection per ASME standards, and submission of a technical data report (CDRL A001) for each shipset. Delivery must be to the NSWC Carderock facility in West Bethesda, MD, within three months of award, with one‑week advance notice before each delivery. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, set‑aside for small businesses, and requires ISO 9001:2015 compliance and CMMC Level 2 certification.
• Manufacture 96 high‑strength annealed‑age‑hardened threaded studs (M24×3‑6g) to exact tolerances and surface‑finish limits.
