PAW PAW PUBLIC SCHOOL BID PACKAGE 8

The Paw Paw Public Schools are seeking bids for Bid Package 8. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 15th, 2025, at 3:00 PM local time. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience in work of this type and scope, a license where required, and ample financial resources. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000. • Bidders must submit sealed bids in triplicate by 11:00 AM local time on January 6th, 2026. • Bids may be mailed or dropped off to 2700 Stadium Dr Unit 2 Kalamazoo, MI 49007. • Faxed, emailed, or uploaded bids will not be accepted. • A Familial Disclosure Statement must be completed by the bidder. • Bid documents may be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at builders' exchange plan rooms in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Traverse City.
