LHA-7, STBD Warping Capstan; repair PORT Warping Capstan; repair

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Sasebo is seeking a contractor to repair the STBD Warping Capstan and PORT Warping Capstan on the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7). The offeror must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the applicable region certified by NAVSUP FLC and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The offeror must provide all information required by this solicitation no later than 21 AUG 2026 at 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST). The project is expected to start on 10/13/2026 and end on 1/29/2027.
