Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Sasebo is soliciting quotations for ship repair services for the USS RUSHMORE. The solicitation is restricted to firms that possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan region. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest total price. The scope of work includes various repairs and maintenance tasks, such as nonskid deck covering replacement, hull structure repair, and stiffener repair. The performance period is from 12 Oct 2026 to 31 Jul 2027.
• The contractor must possess a current MSRA or ABR in the Japan region.
• The contractor must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan.
• The contractor must submit a price breakdown of the proposal.
• The contractor must agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan region before award of a job order.
