727 AMS Widebody Towable Passenger Stairway

The United States Air Force is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price quote for one (1) Widebody Towable Passenger Stairway to be used by the 727th Air Base Squadron (727 AMS) at RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom. The stairway must meet the “Salient Characteristics” detailed in Attachment 1 and be delivered within 90 calendar days of award. Delivery is to the Air Freight Terminal, Building 599, RAF Mildenhall (IP28 8NT). The contractor must be registered in SAM, provide a CAGE code, and comply with numerous FAR/DFARS clauses, including unique item identification and inspection/acceptance procedures. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis, weighing technical compliance and price.
