The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to provide cable assembly, FIBE. The solicitation requires the contractor to provide a firm fixed price for the production of cable assemblies. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The contractor must conform to all solicitation requirements, including technical and quality standards.
