Wastewater and Drinking Water Asset Inventory and Assessment Engineering Services

The Town of Tabor City is seeking engineering services for its wastewater and drinking water asset inventory and assessment project. The project will include a review and assessment of all infrastructure assets, field inspections, mapping of system(s), development of a capital improvement plan, and recommendations for funding. The town is looking for a firm with experience in water/wastewater improvements or related work, and the ability to conduct the work within the project timeline and budget. The selected firm will be expected to provide a proposed work plan, hourly rates for personnel, and at least three references. • The project is expected to take approximately two years to complete. • The town is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites submissions from small and minority-owned firms, and historically underutilized businesses. • The selected firm will be required to work with the town to establish a scope of work and receive authorization from NCDEQ to begin work. • The firm will be evaluated based on its qualifications, competence, and reputation, as well as its ability to meet time and project budget requirements. • The town is looking for a firm with experience in AIA-related work and similar projects. • The firm will be required to provide a detailed review of critical assets, field inspections to support condition assessment, and mapping of system(s).
