Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources for the item NSN 5963015902418, Electronic Module, Standardized. This is a sources sought synopsis for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of supplying the Government with the items in accordance with the requirements listed. The agency is considering a solicitation and subsequent award of Indefinite Delivery Contracts or Long-Term Contracts for this item. Interested parties are invited to fill out a market survey to provide information about their company's capabilities and experience. The survey includes questions about the company's size and status, its ability to provide the item, and its experience with similar contracts.
• The contract is expected to be a five-year contract with no option years.
• The agency is seeking a firm fixed price contract, but escalation rates applied in a reasonable manner with supporting data will be considered.
• The contract will require the contractor to comply with the Buy American Act and to provide certified Cost or Pricing Data or Information Other Than Cost or Pricing Data.
• The contractor must also be able to provide surge and sustainment support, which includes the ability to meet increased quantity/accelerated delivery requirements in support of a broad spectrum of possible contingencies.
