RFP 26017- On-Call Environmental, Geotechnical and Materials Testing Svcs

The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is seeking a contractor to provide On-Call Environmental, Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the scope of services outlined in the RFP. The scope of work includes geotechnical investigation and analysis, environmental assessment and testing, subsurface and field exploration services, and construction materials testing. The contractor will be selected based on their technical approach, qualifications and experience, understanding of the requirements, and price proposal. • The contractor must have experience in providing services to public sector organizations. • The contractor must have qualified personnel with experience in similar projects. • The contractor must have a clear understanding of the requirements stated in the scope of work. • The contractor must provide a price proposal that is reasonable and in concert with industry standards. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary services on an on-call basis. • The contractor must be able to work with the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County to develop a detailed scope of work and cost for each project. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary documentation and reports.
