Description
The Navy’s Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a qualified contractor to remove cadmium plating, machine, and re‑plate ten (10) pole caps in accordance with ASTM‑B633 specifications. All work will be performed at the contractor’s facility, with government‑furnished pole caps shipped to the contractor and the finished caps returned to the shipyard for re‑installation and testing. The contract is a fixed‑price RFQ, requires submission of a Government Property Management Plan, and mandates compliance with numerous FAR/DFARS clauses. The period of performance runs from 19 Oct 2026 to 18 Oct 2027.
