Guardrails for Tinsley Roadway Improvements

The Tarrant County is seeking bids from qualified construction firms to provide material and installation services for the installation of a guardrail at Tinsley Lane. The project includes all materials and labor costs, and the contractor shall be responsible for all work on the project. The bid will be awarded to the lowest priced vendor who can meet the specifications. The contractor must provide a payment bond and a performance bond, and must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and ordinances. • The project requires the installation of a complete guardrail at Tinsley Lane per the included TxDOT specifications. • The contractor shall perform most of the scope of work with their own hired staff, but may hire subcontractors with prior approval from Tarrant County. • The contractor shall provide all materials, which shall be new and free from defects, and install all materials in accordance with specifications. • The contractor shall not proceed with substitutions of specified material without prior written approval from Tarrant County. • The contractor shall provide proof of insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, auto liability, and umbrella liability coverage.
