The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for thirty (30) HI REL Connectors P/N: HRC 42056-35P-925 and thirty (30) HI REL Connectors P/N: HRC 42056-35P-922. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, HI REL Connectors, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because HI REL Connectors are only specifically designed, manufactured, and distributed by HI REL Connectors needed for this procurement. • The contract will be for a fixed price. • The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all required information. • The contract will include clauses related to cybersecurity, supply chain risk, and other topics. • The contractor will be required to follow all applicable laws and regulations.
