Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to replace the AN/SPQ-98 antenna on the USS New Orleans (LPD-18) in Japan. The contractor must have an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quotation for the replacement of the AN/SPQ-98 antenna.
• The contractor must have experience in performing similar work in Japan.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and cultural resources.
• The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of their proposal, including a price quote and a description of their approach to the work.
• The contractor must submit their proposal electronically via email, unless directed otherwise.
