Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and assemble corrugated aluminum pipe with headwalls for bridge maintenance in New Hanover County. The contract is a one‑time purchase for a complete, fully welded aluminum pipe system, including all necessary hardware, gaskets, and ancillary materials, to be delivered FOB destination and assembled on‑site. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days of purchase order issuance, and on‑site assembly must be completed within three working days after delivery. The vendor must provide detailed engineering drawings, obtain NCDOT inspection and approval, and comply with all applicable NCDOT specifications, AASHTO standards, and state procurement regulations. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the eVP portal by September 11, 2026, 2:00 PM ET. Questions are due by September 7, 2026.
