Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the procurement of non-commercial electrical connectors in support of the MK-99 Fire Control Systems Radar. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, Armel De LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.101(b) for Non-Commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures.
• The contract requires the procurement of four types of electrical connectors: Connector, Prin Wire, Female, Straight Pin, Part Number DEP45K-9928JT3; Connector, Prin Wire, Male, Straight Pin, Part Number DEP45P-9244-169JT6; Connector, Prin Wire, Female, Straight Pin, Part Number DEP45K-38-129JT3; and Connector, Prin Wire, Female. Sold Cup & Hood Assembly Part Number DEP45K-5-972H1JT3.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive controlled attachments.
• The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order contract, and the contractor will be required to follow all the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
