Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for auto glass repair, replacement, and installation services for windshields and other automotive glass. The services will support County-owned vans, trucks, and passenger vehicles. The County intends to establish annual, fixed-pricing contracts with two locations, Riverside and Moreno Valley. Bidders must have the capability to provide both mobile and in-shop services, respond within the timelines specified in the Scope of Work, and comply with all applicable safety and industry standards.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality, and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County.
• The period of performance shall be for 5 years, with the completion date of 06/30/2031, with no obligation by the County of Riverside to purchase any specified amount of goods or services.
• Bidders are encouraged to review all documents thoroughly and submit complete and accurate quotations in accordance with the instructions provided.
