Description
The Houston County School District is soliciting bids for Warehouse Delivery Items for School Nutrition. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend up to four years. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering products to the Houston County School District. The bid must include all costs and charges, including purchasing, packing, and transporting the items to the specified location. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities and technicalities in any bid.
• The bid must be submitted on a USB flash drive with a hardcopy of all documents.
• The bid must include a completed Bid Response Form, which is an Excel spreadsheet.
• The bid must include all required attachments, including a certification letter, a non-collusion affidavit, and a lobbying disclosure form.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a phone number and representative's name for ordering products.
• The district reserves the right to require overtime payment to school employees due to late deliveries.
