Description
The City of San Mateo is seeking a vendor to provide printing and mailing services for the Parks and Recreation Department. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for two consecutive 12-month periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing a range of printing services, including brochures, posters, postcards, newsletters, and other bulk print notices, as well as mailing services to San Mateo community members and businesses. The vendor must also provide graphic design services for the collaterals. The total contract amount for the first year will not exceed $150,000, with the option to extend for two additional years at the same amount. The key services to be provided include:
• Printing and mailing services for the Parks and Recreation Department
• Graphic design services for the collaterals
• Mailing services to San Mateo community members and businesses
• Provision of an array of printing services, including brochures, posters, postcards, newsletters, and other bulk print notices
The City is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality print work on an as-needed basis, with the ability to expediently mail out items to 50,000+ households and businesses in the City of San Mateo.
