Description
The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is seeking qualified vendors to supply new 12‑gauge pump‑action shotguns, less‑lethal shotguns, compatible non‑lethal ammunition, and related parts/accessories for its Governor Kay Ivey Correctional Complex. The contract will be awarded on a line‑by‑line basis; award of any shotgun line automatically includes parts, accessories, and shipping. The base contract period is 12 months with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and delivery must occur within 60 days of purchase order receipt. Vendors must be authorized representatives of the listed shotgun manufacturers, meet strict security and delivery requirements, and accept electronic payment methods at no extra cost.
• 20 standard Benelli Supernova (or equal) 12‑gauge pump‑action shotguns.
• 10 less‑lethal 12‑gauge shotguns (Remington Less Lethal 870 Police Magnum or equal).
• Ongoing replenishment of compatible non‑lethal ammunition, parts, and accessories, priced as a discount off MSRP.
• FOB destination shipping; vendor unloads and bears risk until delivery.
• Payment on 30‑day arrears after satisfactory receipt and inspection.
