4/0 Connectors and Extension Bars

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a vendor to provide 4/0 connectors and extension bars. The procurement will be done through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. The District encourages minority and women’s business enterprises to participate in the bidding process. The vendor will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit, and performance security in the form of a Performance Bond, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid or bids which, in its sole and absolute judgment, will best serve the interests of the District. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Some key points of the RFQ include: • The bid must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. • The bid must include bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit. • The vendor must provide performance security in the form of a Performance Bond, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check. • The District reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor fails to perform its obligations. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
