Description
The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities is seeking a contractor to perform a bathroom renovation at the Mulford IRA facility. The scope of work includes partial demo, installation of epoxy floor and rigid wall coverings, and replacement of sinks, toilets, and shower bodies. The contractor must provide all necessary labor and materials, and the work must be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. The contractor must also adhere to prevailing wage rates and provide certificates of liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit on either Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 @ 11:00 am or Thursday, November 20th, 2025 @ 2:00 pm.
• The contractor must provide a cost breakdown, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• The contractor must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude.
• The contractor must register with the New York State Department of Labor prior to submitting a bid.
