The Air Force District of Washington is soliciting offers for the complete removal and replacement of bathroom partitions in all four restrooms of the Jacob E. Smart Conference Center (Building 1359) at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The work includes demolition of existing partitions, supply and installation of new stainless‑steel partitions (now specified at 92 in height), salvaging and reinstalling reusable accessories, and providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside with a firm‑fixed‑price structure and a 30‑day performance period.
