Gwinnett County Government is soliciting informal written quotations for the purchase of MJ Resilient Valves. The quotation should include the price for 12 units of Mueller twelve-inch (12”) A-2362 RWGV MJXMJ or approved equivalent, and 12 units of Mueller twelve-inch (12”) T-2361 Tapping Valve MJXFL or approved equivalent. The vendor must provide unit price, total price, and any applicable discounts. The delivery terms are FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid, and Allowed. The vendor must also provide references for similar work completed in the past.
• The quotation must include all charges, including delivery.
• The vendor must certify that the items are new and have not deteriorated.
• The vendor must provide manufacturer's literature and specifications for the items offered.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to worker verification and immigration.
• The vendor must provide a valid occupation tax certificate if maintaining an office in Gwinnett County.
