Brady Street & Lombard Street Signal Installation

The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide and install new traffic signals at Brady Street and Lombard Street. The project includes the installation of precast reinforced concrete pull boxes, overhead and post-mounted vehicular signals, countdown pedestrian signal heads, and other related equipment. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the finished pavement provides a smooth riding surface and for correcting any surface deviations. The project must be completed by September 15, 2026. • The contractor will be paid in full after the project has been completed. • The City reserves the right to adjust locations, quantities, and limits of the plans within the scope of the project. • The contractor must provide a 72-hour notice to the Engineer prior to the removal of any street name signs or traffic control signs. • The contractor shall be responsible for making measurements and laying out the permanent installation accordingly.
