Description
The project is located on Grammercy Place between Palmer Avenue and North End Avenue within the Village of Kenmore. The project consists of mid-block pedestrian sidewalk replacements and concrete curb replacement to the extents shown on Exhibit A2 of the Contract Manual. The work includes removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk (including bedding), removal and replacement of existing concrete curb (including foundation stone and geotextile fabric), removal and replacement of sidewalk ramps with ADA compliant ramps (including bedding), landscaping, and pavement restoration.
