Description
The Novi Community School District is seeking bids for the construction of a new practice field at Novi Meadows. The project includes various work categories such as sitework and utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, fencing, landscaping, and more. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through Building Connected, and a non-mandatory pre-bid walk will be held on April 29th, 2026. The district reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal that serves their best interest.

• Bidders must be bondable and include the cost of furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond.
• A qualification process is required, and bidders must submit a written or online qualification statement and a complete audited or reviewed financial statement.
• The project will be managed by The Christman Company, and all questions and proposals must be directed to the Construction Manager.
