2026 Taylor Street Infrastructure Upgrades – Reconstruction of Taylor St (Long Lake to Spratt)

The City of Alpena is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive civil‑construction upgrade of Taylor Street, covering approximately 5,000 linear feet from Long Lake Avenue to Spratt Street. The scope includes full reconstruction of the roadway, installation of new sanitary sewer and water‑main networks, storm‑drainage structures, sidewalks, curbs, detectable warning surfaces, traffic‑control devices, de‑watering, and associated erosion‑control measures.
