The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide professional design, surveying, and construction‑administration services for three citywide repaving projects identified in its Capital Improvement Plan. The work includes detailed civil design of existing roadways, preparation of bid documents, cost estimating, and optional construction‑administration services to be negotiated later. The solicitation also allows for a separate sidewalk‑replacement alternate and requires a fee schedule for hourly construction‑admin services.
