The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a bonnet assembly for a 1 1/2 inch globe valve. The assembly must be in accordance with NAVSHIPS drawing 803-2177525, part number 803-2177525-C7XX-87, except as amplified or modified in the contract. The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance certifying that the items/components furnished under this contract comply with the requirements of the procurement document, including any/all invoked specifications and drawings. The contractor must also maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 and provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with the contract. Some key requirements include: * Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis of material * Certification of mechanical properties * Heat treat requirements * Welding or brazing requirements * Thread inspection requirements * Material marking for traceability * Government furnished material and/or equipment requirements * Quality assurance requirements
