The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential vendors for the provision of a Traka Box and accessories. The Traka Box is a key management system that securely stores and manages keys, with features such as access control, audit trails, and battery backup. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, including the Traka Touch Pro L, 10 Way CAN Locking, Reader HID iClass, and Mini Tags. The delivery location is the Eastern Colorado Health Care System in Aurora, CO. The vendor must also provide operation and maintenance manuals, and a warranty for all parts and labor.
• The Traka Box must have a 7” capacitive touch screen and be able to store up to 180 keys.
• The system must have a full audit trail of all users and key transactions.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for all parts and labor.
