Description
The Columbia County School District is seeking bids for parking lot improvements at Lewiston Elementary School. The project includes asphalt parking lot rehabilitation, asphalt overlay and/or leveling, full-depth reclamation, parking lot striping, and signage as described in the contract drawings and specifications. Bidders are required to have prior site construction experience on similar school projects or comparable projects of similar content, scope, and difficulty.
• The project is located at Lewiston Elementary School, 5426 Hereford Farm Rd, Evans, GA 30809.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
• Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Columbia County School District in the amount of not less than 5% of the lump sum bid for the complete work.
• The successful bidder must be prepared to submit a properly executed AIA Document A-305 with a current audited/reviewed financial statement within five days of the owner's request.
