BID NOTICE: 2026 SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT

The City of Minot is requesting bids for the construction of the 2026 Signal Improvement project. The project includes traffic signal cabinet relocation, signal standard removal and replacement, video system replacements, miscellaneous battery backup improvements, ADA curb ramps, concrete curb replacement, and miscellaneous concrete roadway repairs. Bids will be received and accepted via electronic bid through QuestCDN until January 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. • The project requires a bidder's bond in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid. • Each bidder must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license for the full amount of their bid. • The City of Minot reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening and to reject any or all bids. • The City of Minot is a Title VI community and requires that all contracts entered into with the City of Minot comply with all Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VI assurances.
