J065--Presolicitation Notice - Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Exercise of Option Period

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to exercise option II of contract 36C25724C0028 with FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation for the provision of service maintenance agreements for various medical equipment, including MRI and ultrasound machines. The services will be performed at the Amarillo VA Medical Center and the Lubbock Outpatient Clinic in Texas. The contract period is from 1/12/206 through 1/11/2027.
