Curb Ramp ADA Improvements Program FY 2026

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking bidders for the Curb Ramp ADA Improvements Project FY 2026. This project includes installing approximately 25 new curb ramps along arterial, residential, and collector streets where ramps are currently missing at priority locations. All curb ramp installations must comply with Pasadena City Standard S-414 and the 2024 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. The project requires bidders to submit their proposal electronically via the City's eProcurement Portal. • The project is subject to compliance with the City's ordinances and regulations, including the Pasadena Living Wage Ordinance and the Stormwater Management and Discharge Control requirements. • Bidders must provide a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract and file bonds as specified by the City. • The project is expected to commence within 15 calendar days from the date of issuance of a Notice to Proceed and be completed within 40 days after contract time commences.
